It further says that the group most affected were late 50s to 60 year olds, followed by 16-24 year olds. It then says the main issues were dryness and anxiety. I wonder if theres a correlation there? Regardless, that drops the % with problems in the 16-55 age group to something much smaller than 1 in 10.

Basically, the vast majority of the penetrative-sex-having-female population dont have issues with penetration.

If the result of natural selection was that men with what this site considers large penises bred more often, then why isn't that the dominant length of a penis today? Natural selection is a pretty powerful thing, and it seems to have favored a penis around 5.2 inches when erect, which represents the middle of about 70% of modern men who measure between 4.5 inches to about 6 inches. That seems to correlate, with what I have read, with the average length from the vaginal opening to the cervix (which is a bit shorter than that in most women). Since our ancestors were generally smaller than us, relatively speaking, natural selection may have mostly occurred while the human population was in general smaller than we are now, and so it is possible that larger penises are more successful breeders now, though it is hard to imagine that the "larger" is what is considered large on this site. So I am sure that women have many views on this, but there is at least some suggestion just based on the dominant range in the penis size of the male population that something in the 4.5 to 6 inch range has resulted in more successful breeding, whether or not it was favored by women or men. So there is some good evidence about what size penis you want to be a successful breeder - in terms of anything else related to sex and pleasure - I guess it is up to individual preference for men and women alike.
