Many of the threads here report on arousal and how it can be increased. About a year ago I started taking L-Arginine / Citrulline, cellery seed extract and black maca.
L-arginine - Your Experience

As I have already described in other posts, these supplements have really contributed significantly to increasing my libido, the hardness of my erections and general arousal. I could also notice that my testicles looked plumper and bigger and the penis looked thicker and more voluminous.
A few months ago I stopped taking the supplements for a variety of reasons, mainly timing and convenience.
I started taking it again 3 days ago. My ususal intake per day:
- 3000mg L-arginine
- 500mg L-citrulline
- 400mg Cellery Seed Extract
- and 3000mg Black Maca.
But after longer breaks I always start slowly and halve the doses in the first few days in order to slowly get my body used to it again.
At the moment I take about 2000mg L-arginine and 280mg Citrulline, as well as 200mg Cellery Seed extract and 3000mg Black Maca per day.

I started this thread mainly to report on the effects of taking the supplements on your arousal.
Just some questions and thoughts that come to my mind to start this discussion:
Which supplements do you take for which exact purpose?
How do the supplements affect your general arousal?
What amounts do you take?
What side effects do you notice?
What did you try and then stop because it didn't have the desired effect?
How much do you feel a difference after a long break from not taking it?
Very excited to hear about your experiences and to get new input and possibly also to try out new supplements.
