I found these pictures on Reddit a couple weeks ago. The dorms in pictures look very much like those at the U.S. Naval Academy so I presume he's a Midshipman (and a hottie too).

Yes it is, it's just a shower and a sink apparently . Some Midshipmen give a room tour in this video:

RTC Great Lakes bootcamp graduates of 800 Division.
Once the recruits arrive, those with contracts as candidates to Naval Special Warfare (NSW) or Special Operations (SpecOps) ratings are moved aside to be placed in the 800 division/s. Those ratings are SEAL--Special Warfare Operator (SO), Special Warfare Combatant – Craft Crewman (SWCC)--Special Warfare Boat Operator (SB), Navy Diver (ND), Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Aviation Rescue Swimmers (AIRR). There are usually only 25 or fewer 800 divisions a year, so not every TG will have one, but some TG's will have one to up to four 800 divisions.

Another RTC Great Lakes graduating boot camp company. These recruits are not from a special division like the 800. Since they closed RTC Orlando, and RTC San Diego boot camps, graduations are held is a large sort of warehouse structure. No more outside parade fields.

MCRD San Diego has it’s boot camp graduations outside on the parade field.
