what do you guys think of the current president of usa . he dont seems like a bright guy to me
Typical Texas drugstore cowboy with unearned legacy degrees from Yale and Harvard Business. In other words, a horse's arse.
I wouldn't call him "typical". In any case, he's hardly more Texan than I am. He's a Connecticuter with a fake Texas drawl.
Where do I begin? It is somewhat ironic, no make that comical, that you would make a statement such as this: 'he dont seems like a bright guy'; in a post which began without the benefit of capitalization, failed to close with some form of punctuation, and had a grammatical error (among other things).
Well i write fast in forums. I dont check my spelling .
What you say is what I was implying, in that a "drugstore cowboy" is no cowboy at all, but a complete phony from the silver tips of his boots to the top of his ten gallon hat.
I love George. Love his bulge too.
seems about average intelligence to me
He does have a rather cute and playful look to him. It would be nice to have him in a three-way or possibly even an orgy.
That would be cool. Count me in !!! :naughty:
Well, look at it this way. He is in the White House. You don't get there by being stupid. Likewise, he is running the country. Like how he is doing it or not, he still holds the #1 leadership position in the USA. He is bright enough to surround himself with the necessary talent to keep the nation going.
Actually in politics you dont have to be intelligent to get high positions.
What you need is strong connections with high influence people.
I agree with the second sentence. For all my hatred of him that man sure can turn me on with his bulge.
The single most short-sighted president in my life time with below average intelligence. He may have been smarter at one point but now he can barely string a sentence together.
He has no leadership quality at all. A president needs to know how to balance advice, weigh arguments, and ultimately remember that it's not just his own legacy he's writing. Bush has no backbone. He capitulates to his advisers time and again because he cannot grasp an issue in its entirety.
Some presidents are good leaders because they run the show. Others are good presidents because they surround themselves with excellent people and the president knows what policies are best to follow. Bush tried to be the first and failed miserably. He could have done well at the second but didn't have good people in place however, most importantly, he doesn't understand the repercussions of his actions. He lacks vision.
what kind of option is this?
I see that you an he had the same grammar professor.:biggrin1:
I'd still rather have tallbig as president.
he isn't bright enough to be president, but he is smarter than just about everyone in posting in this thread calling him stupid.
He is bright enough to be president, since he's about to end his second term--not an easy accomplishment by any means. He's had more thrown at him than possibly any other president. He was a hero after 9/11, and a villain after the Iraqi invasion. And if you think he's stupid, I would like to see any of you debate him on domestic and foreign affairs.
I'd run circles around his stupid ass with both eyes shut.
