German V cut circumcision

    i think it is the one where the frenum is not removed. there is a "v" cut underneith the glans that leaves the frenum but takes the foreskin. i'll do some more checking

    Wrong German cut partial cut with Frenulum intact

    Usually for the guys that want foreskin but they want the "excessive foreskin overhang" removed
