How much time and effort can you invest in your body?
Work schedule?
Sleep schedule?
Previous workout experience?
Smoker?
Drinker?
Drugs?
Goals? ("In shape" means different things to different people)
Willingness to change routine?
Willingness to change food intake?
Can't even begin to help without at least some of this info.
There is no magical one-size-fits-all program.
That's infomercial nonsense.
And any responsible trainer who wants you to succeed will say the same.
