So I’m thinking of booking someone from a site to do get a massage but I’ve never done it before. This person is from a hookup site/app... so is it safe to assume the massage will be sexual or should I clarify that in advance? I’m fine with it going the sexual route but what all should I ask before hand.
Ive always found the idea of a massage nerve racking cause I know I’d get aroused if the therapist was attractive but I don’t want to make thing weird with me just sporting a raging hardon lol.

what are you guys’ experiences with massages. Whether they were supposed to be sexual... or if it wasn’t suppose to be necessarily sexual but you still become aroused, what happened?

Always know exactly what you want and be clear up front.

If you want a quality massage, look for the word “licensed” in the ad or, failing that, look for formal training.

It you want action, hire an escort. A lot of the guys offering “erotic massages” are untrained, suck at massage and will just give you a hand job at the end, i.e., the worst of both worlds.

Guys get hardons during massages all the time. I wouldn’t worry about it.

Thanks Im hoping for the best of both worlds. A great massage and then to be able to flip over sportin my hardon only to see hes showin off some massive wood too and we both get a happy ending. hehe

Before Covid I used to get legit massages from licensed gay therapists often and that happened to me only once.

The very best massages are sensual, but not sexual. The ones that are very relaxing and do what they were intended to do, with or without any stimulation. During the course of the massage, if the masseur's hands inadvertently slip a little and brush by the genitals, there is a bonus. I happen to erect the moment a hand is put on my body, so the chances are good that a little brushing will happen. If the masseur avoids the entire area, then I realize that I am not getting a complete sensual massage. I much prefer to get really turned on by the massage, go home, shower, run my hands all over my body, and stroke while I remember the senses while I entertain myself. The orgasm is bigger than if it were in a happy ending massage. I guess I just realize that the person playing with my dick is not necessarily doing it because he wants to, but because it is part of the service. I'm much more aroused by someone I knew doing the stroking, including my right hand.

I scheduled an appointment for a massage today. I have only had three "massages" ever, and they were explicitly sexual massage with women. This is my first full body massage with a male masseur. He seems legit licensed therapist etc. How do I know or read if anything additionally more can be expected?

What if I do happen to get hard? Would it be inappropriate, can I get in trouble for it?

Hey it is totally natural and happens in most massages I have had, most good ones. (One classic comment I heard from @CaptainRugby or @HUNGHUNK777 was "if you don't get at least one hard-on are they doing it right?" )

Every therapist I have had has been cool about it. Some flip towels around to move your manhood out of the way. Some bump into it naturally in their work and obviously don't get bothered by it. I suppose someone could say "I don't give that kind of massage" but that person would be out of touch and maybe new in their job.

It is certainly my fantasy to get a great massage and have the masseuse or masseur go a little farther, but they can lose their license and therefore livelihood by crossing the line, and it's not fair to ask them that.

Having had two sensual massages in life both of which kind of sucked, I would like to know how to find a good one!
