it's about feeling relaxed.
which is part physical, part mental.
Actually relaxation is extremely mental, especially in certain people. It's rarely the positioning of the body ( in any respect ) and more the comfort within the mind. The only time relaxation is actually physical is when the muscle themselves at at their most relaxed, I.E. laying down, but you can be extremely tense and lay down and you can be extremely relaxed and running, so it's a lot more mental than physical, ya digg?
now unless every other woman on the planet has had a lobotomy, i'm safe in saying that their relaxation will be part physical, part mental too.
Well, I would agree with you, but if that were the case your understanding of anatomy would put you in the most uncomfortable position. Doggystyle sex itself is the most strenuous of common positions today, the reason women do it is because things feel tighter and the vagina is actually at it's most shallow in that position; guess what other part of the body that applies to? There's a catch though, in the physical relaxation of the anus and gluts if you are bending over because it is mainly an action of the gluts and thighs your anal sphincter is actually at it's tightest ( therefore it's most resistant ), so if what you're saying is remotely accurate even about yourself you
don't like this activity and you especially do not like that position.
Basically it's contradictory; what you're saying is that the most comfortable position for you is the most flexed and physically strenuous one. It's mental, really.
squatting means taking the weight on my legs, so my thighs are tense.
Actually you sit on your knees if you can, ahead of the penis a little, and introduce it whilst sittin up; you do not squat since that is extremely strenuous. A knee to each side of the partner tends to give you a lot more balance. If that's the error in understanding, interesting, because it poses the exact same problem as the former position of doggystyle, the sphincter is tight!
when my thighs are tense other parts of my body are harder to relax.
if i'm in a position where i can relax most or all of my muscles then my pelvic floor automatically relaxes.
if he's stroking my back then i'm incredibly relaxed.
and that makes it less likely to hurt.
Only to show it's more mental than physical, sitting is the most relaxing position, and it's not strenuous to lay on your partner if you need to, thus why you sit on your knees and slowly back into the object itself. I'm surprised your mind just to squatting, though that is a form of cowgirl I guess, but all the same what I'm examining as a position is this:
yes, i'm in a more vulnerable and exposed position with my arse in the air, but if that really mattered i wouldn't be letting him fuck me up the arse.
Actually I was just thinking of the physical aspect, but to be honest the most vulnerable situations and positions for anything under the sun are those when you can actually see the other party. You might be more likely to get shot in the back physically if you run from thieving someone but it'll be harder on your conscience ( assuming one is present ) if you steal from someone you actually know. I.E. it's usually more mentally engaging and a higher vulnerability to see your partner's face and reactions versus allowing them access without having to look; it's why all of the most intimate positions are indeed face to face or close contact; doggystyle, as much fun as it is, is not a close contact sexual position under most circumstances.
