Finally home from vacationing with the family and getting into the swing of things with PE for the rest of the year. Every time I take a month off from pumping; the first few sessions are always so much fun. It's almost as though you get the new gains all over again. How are you guys doing with your routines and sessions these days @Leobakker, @Gregie ? From the looks of things you guys are killing it!

Staying the course my friend! I’m just keeping the sessions going almost every day. I keep them around 20 minutes. My max BPEL is just at 8.25!!! Trying to lose some belly fat and get a little buff.

Man I really need more consistent time in the tube. I am still floating around 7.5 these days. But it is much better than where I started for sure.

This mornings routine was 15 minutes total with 250 kegels and 75 jelqs.
6 minutes in tube at 7.5
125 kegels
6 minutes in tube at 7.75
125 kegels
3 minutes in tube at 8

Feeling full and nice right now!

Hi guys,

I made a change in my routine, because i build it up some more.
And I intended myself not to measure for a month. Most of the time i measure after i finished and that is disappointing.

New routine, what i always do in bath:
-10 minutes warming up in bath;
-10 min bathmate full suction:
-6 minutes jelq with 4 sec strokes and 4 sec stretch:
-8 min bathmate full suction:
-6 minutes jelq with 4 sec strokes and 4 sec stretch:
-8 min bathmate full suction:
-6 minutes jelq with 4 sec strokes and 4 sec stretch:

I do kegels when using the bathemate.

I do this every other day.
Sometimes i go in the ‘restday’ and then i do 30 minutes low suction and 10 minutes jelq with 4 sec strokes and 4 sec stretch.

I am curious what my results will be after a month.

What kind of lube are you using to jelq with, this is interesting and I might give it a go. At the moment I am using coconut oil in the shower. Great for the skin.

I dont use lube.
I am uncut, so i ‘use the skin’ in bath.

Just under 1.25 inches In length since November of 2015. Noticeable gains in girth, especially at the base

That's awesome. Do you mind sharing your routine? You can DM if you prefer. I'm also curious how much you masturbated prior to starting PE. I have this homegrown theory that the more you jacked off prior to PE, the less gains you stand to make. If that turns out to be true, I have no hope.

Hmmmm, there’s no scientific evidence for masturbation affecting PE, but I also have a masturbation problem. (Several times a day) I do blame by oily skin and hair loss on it though.
My routines vary, but I prefer to keep them in the 20 minute range, and jelq/stretch at different times. Check out my blog for some ideas

I've been pumping pretty consistently to my max size in the tube and packing girth and I think I may have gotten a 0.1" more now. I'll remeasure the next few days to be sure
