Getting discouraged, anyone with permanent gains and real proof?

hey everyone, i havent been on this thread the past few days but i read over all the replies and appreciate everyones comment

all of the replies so far have been verifying the theories i already assumed. for the most part penis exercises tend to stretch out the ligaments which i know is possible rather than to actually increase the size or the penis. also generally the body will usually heal the penis back to its original size and the way it was programed to be rather than to keep mitosing(reproducing cells) and become larger, and it would be very hard to overcome this when doing jelqing exercises.

penis exercises could lead to some gain in size however the gains in size are still small and in my opinion negligible. they would not have a drastic effect on your sex life. however if there are some people who did increase their size by my than 0.5 inches, (which ill take your word for, since no one took the chance to take any pictures) then they spent a large amount of time out of their day, through the course of years to achieve these noticible gains. unfortunately i dont have that kind of time seeing as how i am a full time student and will also soon be applying graduate medical school.

hopefully there is still some kind of alternative i can seek out or maybe try pe one last time. i appreciate all the feedback everyone has provided and would look foward to keep reading more

Is 40mins a day really "a lot of time in a day"???

Been said before. Please consider PE only if you really want it. Don't waste your time if you are unsure about it. If you really want it then you will be able to squeeze in time to do PE, like miss a quarter of your bball match, or first half of football match, or miss a TV prog for it. If possible do them while you can watch lol.

And the 0.5 inch in girth is not over 2 years, and 1.5inch in length not in 2 years neither. I did length exercises at once, then stopped length and switched to girth exercises. And yes 0.5 inch in girth is very good gain, and I was slacking here and there, could've achieved more.

It's like gym training and lifting. There is no exact amount of time to how much you increase your bicep, shoulder, chest etc.

It varies and depends on a lot of things, like for example;
1- diet
2- discipline
3- hard work
4- keeping track and always on the move up
5- getting the right amount of rest
6- doing the right exercises
7- keeping positive
8- genetics factor, some grow faster than others.
and there are few others, but just to name few.

You have to know, PE is not an easy way to get a big penis. Nope you are wrong if that's what you thought. PE takes a lot of time, dedication. If you have that time, discipline and dedication then you can achieve your goal with the right attitude. And you should be thankful for every .1 inch you gain.

I've gained 3/4 inch in girth. Last year I gained 3/8 inch in girth from using cialis along with clamping, jelqing, uli's and erect bends. You can increase the number of cells in the penis. It's called stretch induced hyperplasia. Check out these sites:

I have started another thread in which I promise to provide evidence for an effective PE-method.

Untill now I have gained 0.5 inches in only 4 weeks (plus minus a couple of days).

I don't stretch since I did this for some time and experienced no gains. What I do is erect bends and massaging of the tissues. The massage seems important as this soften up the tissue. Without massage the penis feels hard when it goes soft and the next day there will be no gains. However, with the massage, it feels like the bending helps soften up the tissue and increases the volume of the penis.

The only thing that is puzzling is that my penis gains length, but not girth that is worth mentioning. This feels weird as the bending is said to give girth.

To adress the problem with "how the penis adapts" (if it even does that in general): you are right in being sceptic. People on here talk about training the penis and likenes it to bodybuilding. IMO it has no real similarities to this.

My own guess is that the tissue is elastic and thus stretchable. If this is the case then the growth might not be permanent. But if extended much and over a great time, the tissue might stay inlarged/stretched. My own routine stops when I have gained 2 inches, and then I hope that at leat 1 stays there.

As I say in my other thread, I will bring pictures. I forgot to take 1 yesterday, but today I clicked 1. The picture shows my 7.9 inch penis, and only 3 weeks ago it was 7.2. I expect to make a montage with 5-7 pictures showing my penis over 3-4 weeks time, and hopefully this will document my claims.

I have seen some stretchingdevices claim that the penis grows new tissue and then burst away with scientific studies proving that it works. That is false marketing. What the (pretty poor) studie shows is that you might gain some centimeters, and that you might gain some milimeters girth. The studie does not show that your penistissue reproduces and accommodates itself. The adverticements doesn't say so either, because "studie proves" only ranges over the claim of penis-extention, but it is misleading as it stands there.

My erection angle is lower than pre PE and I have survived this deformity. Down from about 1 to 1:30 to 2:30. In my case at least some or all of the length gain is from stretching the tendons lowering the erection angle. In my defense I am 67 years old and the total volume of my penis is over twice its original size so I will attribute part of the angle declination to weight gain of the penis. LOL

OMG your 67! your cock pics make you appear at least in your 30's. I'm sure keeping fit as it appears in your pic must maintain good penis health.
