Same here, I worked out for 23 years in the gyms and I have never seen any one with an erection. 11 years of football (showering 3 times a day some times with 100 guys) and I have never seen one.

In most cases, I suspect they are, but probably not always. A health gym is a lot more random then what football players would be. The dynamics just seem different to me.
