Hello everyone. The previous post that I had up was removed which is good because it had outdated links. But I wanted to start another thread for those that wish to follow my progression. If you didn't read the first thread, my name of course is Altirique and I am an adult model and soon to be amateur pornstar. I look young in some of my pictures, but I will be 30 in October. I plan to get my dick and ballsac enhanced with silicone to enlarge their size. Right now I am about 9" long and a little over 5" around. I am a short slim person so an even larger package will look huge on me. I also have low hangers that should look really hot with silicone. I will focus most on my ballsac that as I said hangs low and has a lot of extra skin. I will add enough silicone to my dick to increase its girth. Right now I am saving up. The procedure will cost around $900 and travel anywhere from $300-600. My goal is a permanent bulge that is very large but looks as natural as possible.

In the previous post several people expressed their opinions that I should not get enhanced. I respect and thank those people for their view. However I plan to go ahead. I know about the risk and have several online friends that have been siliconed. Some have had great experiences and others have encountered problems. So I have seen both sides. But I have been considering this for about 8 years and it is something that I really want. In talking with my siliconed friends I have learned a lot about what not to do with silicone so I hope to avoid some of the problems that others have encountered. Some of the things that should be avoided are excessive amounts injected at once, injections received by people other than medical doctors, pumping and saline infusions after silicone injections, multiple injection sessions in short periods.

I will keep you updated on my progress. I am in no way advocating for the use of silicone. It has a lot of risk and before you consider it you should do some research and talk to others who have had it done. But silicone injections done correctly can have some amazing results that are permanent unlike pumping and more natural looking than the "water balloon effect" you get with saline infusions. Silicone can also be less damaging to your skin and tissues than long term and extreme pumping. As with anything you have to use moderation. Anything extreme could lead to problems and/or serious alterations to your lifestyle so think carefully. If you would like to help me on this journey you can. Just send me a message.

I agree with those persons. You are already beautifully proportioned and possess a very large package for your slim body. You cannot improve on perfection altirique.

Got a pic at full bone? It must look like a monster on your thin frame. Why screw around with perfection? Use that money for some hot clothes and get a heavy chrome cock ring for your python.

Every cock I've ever seen with silicone injections looked deformed, hardly something anyone should want. Why take a beautiful cock like yours and potentially ruin it?

I know what you mean by a lot of silicone cocks look deformed. But there are many that do not. There are quite a few people in the porn industry especially overseas that have silicone. But when it is done in small amounts you can't really tell. Most guys after their first injections look larger but still pretty natural. It is usually after subsequent visits that the penis begins to take on an irregular appearance. You may have seen some silicone guys with discolored skin. Sometimes this is caused by a reaction to the silicone or from the skin stretching rapidly from the new size. But more often than not it is caused by heavy pumping. Darker skin men usually do not run into problems with discoloration. I have attached a couple of pics of silicone guys that have so far kept to moderation. You will notice that they are quite large but still maintain a pretty natural shape. This is what I am going for and I hope it gives you a clearer idea.

I think that you should do as you see fit, you've fixated enough for 8 years so it's time to go for a grapefruit sized ball sack and a dick with the look of advanced edema it won't hurt your career much if it all goes wrong .. Good Luck!

Thanks for all your warnings. I have heard most of this before and was expecting it. It was posted in the first thread that was removed, that I am more into the fetish side of the sex industry. I'm into fisting, huge dildos, rough sex, etc. So my larger package would not look out of place in that context. I am also a bit of an exhibitionist and love showing my package in athletic shorts, at the gym in stores, etc. Silicone would make my bulge permanent and I could show anytime that I choose. I show now when I want to, but it could be bigger, heavier, and better. So that is part of my attraction to getting larger.

I am going to a medical doctor who works as a general surgeon for his main occupation. He is very knowledgeable about the procedure, has done it countless times before, and I have seen his work on other guys. Those that stop after one or two procedures look large but fairly normal. Those that continue after three visits or so become freaky huge, but that is what they are going for. The results on ethnic men (Hispanic, Black, etc) tend to be a little better. The reason for this is that darker skin men tend to have thicker skin which stretches more easily and for some reason their systems do not react as strongly to the silicone which results in a smoother more natural appearance. Brown and dark skin guys with moderate amounts tend to just look like they have a permanent light pump.

Again I plan to take this journey slowly and do not intend on turning my dick or balls into a circus worthy attraction. During the entire procedure you are awake so you can see the changes as they occur. If things look good to you before you reach the goal that yourself and the doctor have decided on, you can stop. It's not like plastic surgery where they knock you out and you don't see the results until you wake up or weeks/months later.

Also keep in mind that most people only have the freaky huge silicone guys to judge. In the freaky big guys it is very obvious that they have silicone because they have so much. But there are a number of guys out there that have silicone and you don't know it. The closer you get to California the more likely you are to run into a guy that has had his dick, lips, muscle areas, and/or butt injected. It is also popular in some European and Latin countries. Done correctly in small amounts it would take a very good eye to detect it. There are bodybuilders, pornstars, and actors that have been injected with silicone for years. Most people don't know because they don't talk about it openly. But if you have known guys with silicone you can sometimes see the signs in others.

So... how does the silicone stay in the penis? Wouldn't it just re-absorb into the body and you'd eventually have abnormal blood serum silicone levels? I am curious about the tactics to prevent diffusion, which is the body's natural pattern of behavior...

I'm sorry, but I feel it is a huge mistake to get silicone injected anywhere in your body.

You say you've been warned. Are you just concentrating on the positive aspects of getting "juiced" and ignoring the dangers because this is something you really want to do?

I'm not against body mod, but there has to be a balance between the desire to mod and your personal safety.

Silicone cannot be absorbed by the body. Over time pure silicone does not change in the body. That is why it has been used so long in cosmetic procedures. What the body does is encapsulate the silicone with collagen after it has been injected. The process is caused by a reaction from your immune system. The capsule that forms around it prevents the silicone from migrating. This is why it is so important to go to a medical professional to have the procedure done. Large amounts of silicone injected all at once stresses your immune system too much. If more than what is safe, is injected it is possible that some silicone can migrate before the body can encapsulate it. If this happens, the body will try to find the easiest way it can to excrete it. In a worst case scenario the silicone can migrate into the lungs or heart which can cause serious complications. Basically the same thing can occur if silicone is somehow injected into a vein. Getting huge amounts of silicone at once can also seriously damage the skin. If your skin cannot easily stretch to accommodate the new size. It can become discolored and in severe cases become infected and die-off. People that do extreme or heavy pumping for years are more likely to encounter skin problems from silicone injections.

Pumping and doing saline infusions after getting silicone injections can increase the chances that silicone will migrate into undesirable locations. That is why it is so important to refrain from these activities if you have any fears of silicone migration. Things may go well for you if you do them or they may not.

But if you get silicone injections in small amounts and leave it alone, silicone basically becomes like a part of the body and will usually cause no problems.

I understand you completely. I am not just concentrating on the positive aspects of silicone. Someone who was an online friend of mine had a bad reaction to silicone. He went to someone that is not a doctor and had a massive amount injected all at once. Shortly thereafter he became sick with flu-like symptoms and had to go to the hospital because he was having problems breathing. It was probably because of the large amount he received and his body was unable to encapsulate the silicone fast enough. It is also possible that it was injected into a vein. Either way it migrated into his lungs. Causing something very similar to pneumonia which was the medical diagnosis. He did recover from it thankfully.

So in some cases silicone can migrate into organs, impure silicone can harden, and years later some people can become sensitive to the silicone and a firm nodule or lump can form around it.

So I am not just focusing on the positive. I also know that some people may be thinking why is silicone injections in the genitals safe when so many women had issues with silicone when it leaked from implants. The answer to this is location. The blood flow and circulatory system in your groin is much different than it is in your chest or other areas of the body. Gravity also plays a big portion in keeping silicone from moving around. When silicone leaks from an implant it is very close to your heart and lungs which circulate blood to your entire body. This is not the case in your groin. I would not have silicone injected into any other area than the groin. The location of the groin, it's distance from the heart and lungs, and the simple function of gravity are the main reasons why silicone injections to the male genitals are safer than silicone used in some other places. Silicone injected in the face, arms, legs, butt, etc. can all drift out of place over time because of gravity. I don't think this happens a lot because the collagen capsule that forms around the silicone usually ends up adhering to the tissues around it. That is why removing silicone is so difficult. But silicone implants and injections in certain parts of the body can move out of place over time.

Having the procedure done by a medical doctor gives you access to medical grade silicone which is tested for impurities like water which can cause hardening. A doctor will also monitor how much is injected and will not administer more than what he thinks is safe. Also being a brown skin person, the risk that I will have some sort of reaction to silicone immediately or down the road is greatly reduced. But noting is 100%

I wouldn't do it. Those pictures look horrendous!

Totally agree with you. It looks really...hum...it is horrible. It doesn't even look like a REAL penis anymore. It looks like an ugly balloon...

If you are aware of the everything that involves, then it is okay but according to what I heard about this, you have more chances to have problems than not having any problems.
