Hey guys I'm new to the forum and I need help.

My current stats are 6'6 x 5'1. :frown1:
I'd like to have 8'5 x 6'5.
Now I am asking you to help me reaching my goals as soon as possible.
Can you please send me your best exercises and routines to get quick result.

Sorry to break it to you but generally there are no quick fixes, to get a bigger penis takes time and dedication

Its why it dosnt work for most people, i would say 90% of people dont even wait a month for results before they throw the towel in and shout from the roof tops that pe is bs and dosnt work

Id recommend nipping over to one of the pe forums like thundersplace and educating yourself first to avoid injury as theres simply too much you need to learn first to tell you in one post

i've been jelqing (is my spelling right), but haven't been doing it regularly :( .. you really need to give it your all if you wanna see great results..

Sorry guys my fault,
I should have introduced myself. I started PE about 12 weeks ago, I gained about 1/4 inch in lenght but nearly nothing in girth.
Now I'm asking you guys to help me reach my goals.

Would be cool if you could send me your starting and current stats (maybe pictures).

My friend the only safe solution is mainly in the mind , you have a good girth if you want you can easy increase mor girth , but stay with your lenght difference with other biger penis would be 1,5 inches or maximun 2" .
I'm in the same problem but worst because mine is 5,5 "lenght and 4,33 "girth , I would like increase girth the new sistem is ENDOPROTESIS LIQUID EXTRA CAVERNOSA , is in sustitution of body grace , as before was done .
But don't woorry and be happy and the right patner fit to you and your penis , with such penis size to such respect you will not have any problem

Which newbie routine was that? I started off with 10 minutes warmup (in the shower) then 10 30 second stretches then 200 wet jelqs. Now I've moved up to 15 stretches and 300 jelqs. I do this every othe day.

There are a lot of variations in what is suggested though - some suggest one day on, one of, some two on, one off and some five on, two off, so it is a bit difficult to know what to do.

what a coincidence, 8'5 x 6'5 is EXACTLY my size!!! lol
you can never get "quick results", though. it takes a long time to gain 2 inches (if that's possible). - lex74

I started with the same warm up and than 10 min stretching, 15 min doing jelqs and than 5 min stretches and 3 min warm up.

later i added 10min of uli's
