this opinion is a little sideways compared to the other responses, but it might be that your body has disconnected from your mind during sex.... you speak of non-stop pounding and that's nice and all, but without the mind and (for those who are in to it) the soul, you may as well just be a machine....

Hmmm... I think this would only be a real issue if the woman comes quickly. From what I understand, there's nothing - not even a tiny cock - that many woman dislike more than a guy who comes too quickly - ie, before they do. I've started noticing this with partners 44+.
What we have done is happily take a break for the sake of not chafing either of us, and play in other ways.
