It is sad news. I too liked her commentary. Whether you agree with her views or not, her willingness to write the (more often than not) dissenting opinion with clarity and insight will be missed by all. It's ironic she fell so ill right after Obama's inauguration. One has to wonder how long she has been ill, keeping the public, and the previous admin. from knowing.
