Man, I have been in several office relationships and flings and they never end well. Could be just my luck, but it could be the law of averages. The main thing to remember is, regardless of what she told you, she dumped her boyfriend and was with you almost right away. The next time that happens, you could be the boyfriend. I could be wrong, but as long as he is not her superior, I don't think he is open to a law suit if things go bad. Sure she could certainly make life miserable at work for him and maybe even get him fired, but I don't think he would face a sexual harassment suit.

Wish, thanks for the link. Seems as if the employer could be liable. But that is assuming that he actually does "harass" her. I don't think having consensual sex with the girl can be classified as harassing her.
What we are talking about is that she could turn on him. If the situation goes south, as most tend to do, she can claim she was being harrassed. All the emails and phone calls could be used as evidence.
Even if she is lying, he could still get into trouble. Even if he gets off, he still has to deal with the fact that he was involved, which is still againt company policy. Is it worth it? Cant he keep a job AND get pussy elsewhere?

That could ne it but I don't know. As far as talking goes it always leads to sexual talk anf then we have to leave. The only thing missing from the post is that she text me all the time. She text me everyday to say good morning and good night. When we walk she always reachs for my hand of puts her head on my shoulder. i would think these are signs that she wants more but as soon as we start down that road she hits me with that line about us working together. Which in itself is werid because we work for the government which has employees throughout NYC. And as per her working together no longer means the same office (which is only temp for her), but the same agency.

Well, how old are you both? Maybe she is just scared you don't want her for more than sex. Have you, uh, cough, cough, I am going to get grilled here for this, but....sent her flowers?
