I love a hard muscular body against my soft body. I just dig it just everyone likes what they like. Horse hung and got muscles? Come on over my way. I'm a big woman I need a big guy. Not like overly huge with veins bulging everywhere and on roids. So yeah I have a huge cock and muscle fetish :)

there is a difference between athletic/muscular and bodybuilder. One is hot and attracted, the other is way too bulky and often indicative of other issues involving self worth
That's precisely why i limit my physique to an athletic one. i mean, bloated bodybuilders with arms, legs & chest bigger than a side of beef only prove that whatever shred of endowement they think they have is tacit, underneath all at that mass. And plus it's all compensatory for something that gives them low self esteem.

I do know that women like sex with athletic (lean and muscular) men, and I keep myself in shape in part so anyone I have sex with will enjoy it. I'd hate to think that women interpret me working out as low self esteem, and pass me by because of these preconceived notions.

Most people think bodybuilder means competitive bodybuilder, the type that does steroids and looks unnatural. But bodybuilder can also mean the man or woman that is just lifting weights to tone up or put a little muscle on. I consider myself athletic, muscular and a bodybuilder (in the second sense above).

To say competitive bodybuilders have self worth problems or low self esteem may be an unfair generalization. We wouldn't say that amateur sports competitors (running, cycling, etc.) all have self esteem problems, so I don't think it's any different with weightlifters. Like with anything, if someone is consumed by it, it is a problem and could be motivated by low self esteem.

one of my favorite features on a guy is that v-shaped upper body they get from developed lats. i also love big quads, that v-shape in the pelvis, muscular arms and chest...:biggrin1:

I'm not a girl, but I can lend the insight of my previous girlfriends on the issue.

I'm 200 lbs. Someone who starts to look like a bodybuilder is at least 230 lbs., but I'm probably still closer than most guys on the site.

I've dated 2 girls since I started gaining serious muscle. One was a 2-year relationship, and the other was much shorter. The first girl didn't really care for the muscles and was even resistant to me gaining additional weight, but I went ahead and did it anyway. The second girl was into the muscles. I've also hooked up with a lot of girls during this period; most were appreciative, though they obviously took my appearance into account when deciding to have sex with me.

Most girls enjoy what they call an "athletic" (tennis or swimmers') build, and the majority are also not as appreciative of bodybuilder-scale guys. To be honest, I don't think of these "athletic" builds as particularly muscular, so beware of what girls/guys mean when they say that they are into "muscular" guys.

I also think this tendency away from bodybuilder-sized guys is a recent trend, and was not as prevalent thirty years ago in the U.S. Blame MTV.

Wouldn't that depend on the guy's height?

speaking of muscular men, i wish being fit and well toned was more popular on the female side of the fence. fit women seem to be rare these days, yet every other guy i know spends hours a week burning fat and building muscle. i don't mean to generalize, but that's just how it is in my area. =/

The sex is great as long as it is not just about him. I have one now and it's a lot of fun. I think mostly because we're both very active during sex. He jokes that he has to keep working out just to keep up with me!

(Oooooh, massivepkg0_chuck... don't you sound delectable! Why no photos?!)

- - --

I like athletic looking men. Muscles are a turn on and abs are great. And though I don't care for big bellies, I'm not picky about love handles. I prefer meatier men because I'm very slender, and meatier men don't "bang bones" with me.

But I would NOT have sex with the man below.... (I stole this pic from another thread, courtesy of Pleasureboy) --

I believe a overall fit and toned look is more appealing on the eyes. Bodybuilders may take it to a level that is appreciated by other bodybuilders, and many I am sure do it for shows. I give them all credit for just working out for long hours to reach a desired look. On a different note, I do like the look of muscular women. Something about having definition on a woman is appealing. I did have the pleasure of having sex with a policewoman who lifited weights, and she had unbeliveable stamina and strength. The things she did with her arms were very erotic!!

hotmilf's picture above is the one and only Ronnie Coleman. He is a cop too, can you imagine that dude bearing down on you in an alley?

I've been on the warrior diet for some time now, which I highly recommend. I eat once a day, at night, anything and everything I want. During the day its either nothing, or raw veggies and fruits. Our bodies have not had time to adapt to the kind of food we eat today and the quantity over the last 100 years or so. They didn't have 3 square meals 10,000 years ago. For 1,000s of years Man hunted during the day, and feasted with his tribe at night. Mimicking this pattern allows your body to fully utilize what it needs to and tricks itself into going into survival mode. Your mind is sharper, and there are no ups and downs throughout the day with your blood sugar level, since you are fasting. Ever eat and want to take a nap or feel sluggish?

Warrior diet eliminates this. There is also a warrior workout, mimicking the ways of the ancient warrior; squats, push press, deadlift, kickboxing etc. Any remaining body fat of mine has disappeared over the last few weeks and I have to attempt to not allow my muscles to get bigger. I have also maintained my weight through this period at 190. I might start a new thread on this one of these days, but I highly recommend it. Maybe it only works for those of us who operate on a more primitive level.

It unlocks the genes.

I've been doing that for years but I didn't know it, I tend to pig out once a day and apart from the odd chocolate downfall I nibble fruit through the day, I believe breakfast makes you fat, I've never eaten it since I was old enough to tell my mother I didn't want anything, and lots of people have told me that missing breakfast is terrible for your body, although I physically weigh more now than when I was 15 I still wear the same size I did then. I often justified it by saying our bodies aren't equipped to handle three meals a day, that in primitive times people would pig out then wait till the next meal.

I'm 6,3 and about 185 t0 190 lb, so i guess slightly slender but i have always noticed Americans have a diff idea of what slim, slim athletic or fat is in comparison to Europeans. Although i'm not to judge i see more often American women finding attrative what i would consider a meat head!!

I think the English are prob somewhere mid Atlantic as usual. Funny that both nations have the highest obesity rates in the world!! I better start those protien shakes for my travels to California over Christmas ;)

I was just thinking that. My last g/f was 5'6" 170 lbs, I was 5'9" 165. towards the end, (short relationship) she asked, "do you think people think of us like those skinny couples and fat couples"

"naw", I said... but inside I was thinking, "god dammit, Im 165 lbs, Im not skinny! I am now, realtively, because women and men are getting fatter, but I'm healthy, thankyou."

Warior diet sounds interesting. I am doing pretty much the same. I usually only eat meat at night, and my dinner is always a long, one hour affair. I also just run, do various pushups, and various sit ups and stomach exercises over the day.

Also, women say they dont like muscular guys, adn think of the body builders, but I htink they are missing the art of bodybuilding, bdoybuildign is supposed to look grotesque, but off the stage, those men/women can look fairly normal

Skull Mason, It sounds like the "300" (as in the movie) diet and work out!!!
It's insane but it really works!! It creates lean muscle mass like nothing else!!
The only thing it won't do is remove chest hair off guys for that mmm smooth, lickable finish.
And yes Tall, powerful, fit guys just do it for me

My fiancee is an athlete.

Love the strong arms, broad back...muscular legs...Plus he has to wear suits for game days.

Love it.
