Girth measure

Cut off the larger end of a Dixie cup , opened it up and could only fit the first quarter of my shaft through it

assuming this would be considered pretty thick girth by most ?

I'm sure "Dixie" cups come in a wide variety of sizes, so using that as a measure doesn't say much about girth ... just sayin'
Conventional means, like a little paper strip wrapped around and a pencil mark where the end overlaps - measured afterward with a ruler is something anyone can do ... and has some credibility.
