Girth routine recommendations?

I try to clamp every other day, sometimes only twice a week.
I usually warm up with a heat pad, then jelgs, 3-4 clamp sets for 10 minutes.
Then jelq at the end and use the heat pad.
Any other girth exercises i can combine with clamping?

I like to supplement with manual stretches and squeezes. Ulis I think?

Basically clamping with your hands

I pump some, but I think it’s more for blood flow and temp gains

I clamp as much as possible. As long as it’s not significantly sore. I think staying expanded longer and more often is better, but who knows

I also stretch/hang. I’d say that can only help girth
