does anyone know what the best exercise to gain in girth? I have 6 thick and would increase more ... I currently use the pump ... but I do not see much progress ... how best to use the pump? thanks:smile:
Use a pumping and stretching routine.works wonders.Start with 15 minute sessions in the pump..dont go over 5hg,take breaks every 15 minutes and do the manual stretches daily.
