    Hey guys

    i've been in the PE program for about 18 days now,however i realy wanna start working on girth
    does anybody know any exercises that one can do for girth?
    with a full erection i am about 13CM's(5 inches) in girth but i REALY want to gain some(pref an inch)

    i'm allready doing basic jelqing and an asian massage as a beginners routine

    I use a pump, have done for 25 years. When I started, I was average hard 6x5", now I hang soft 6x6" permanently and get to 8x8" (true beercan thickness ) after a good session.
    I am not recommending it to you, just telling you my own experience.

    Once you've mastered the basics, you can try doing the squeeze.

    I use a pump and do the manual stretches.works like a charm.

    I ordered a bathmate just this afternoon
    from all the reviews this one had the best product for the money

    umm.. on bathmate they bash penis exercises and the squeeze method saying it can lead to damage and impotence.. is these for the guys who do it to the extreme?

    yeah

    moderation is the key

    and i dont stretch because i'm freaked out as fuck that i'd damage my dorsal nerve

    i had a little agitated vein from jelqing and using a ring(not combined,but both) and it freaked me out

    now its got to heal a bit but i'm defo even more carefull now

    just stick to the lines set out by the guru's and you'll be ok

    Anything done to the extreme can (and usually will) cause injury. PE exercises, including squeezes, are beneficial if done in moderation.

    Al, What would you recommend for someone who would like to gain a half inch or so and not gain any more girth, or as little as possible?

    Pure stretches will add length without impacting girth too much, but there's bound to be a little girth increase from intense stretches since the penile tunica will be affected.

    Hi, i am new in this forum. I have looked around a little and I am also intresting in only increase the girth of my penis. Is that possible? Which exercises do I need to do and do I need to do warm up and cold down and so on. How should I proceed?

    It's possible. You can do the basic routine and just omit the Oriental Massage. You should still do the other movements.

    Im about to start this week with the basic routine. I wonder if i can start out with doing the squeeze exercise right away or should I do the basic routine for a few weeks first?
    I also wonder how many jelqs I should start with to do? Or if there is a link to any good side of how many you should do in the beggining and how much I should increse them every week. I think I start out with doing the OM exercise also, could use one more inch or so :D. But could I just stop that exercise when I feel happy with my lenght?

    start super light. No squeezes for first 6 weeks at least...

    start with 50 jelqs
    next week 60...maybe 75..and keep it on the light, pressure wise too..

    I did my first session yesterday and it worked out fine. I just wonder if the warm up and cool down are the same thing?? And should my penis be semi-erect when I do the cold down? I also wonder if it is okey to spread the kegals like doing it 10times, 5 times a day?

    Yea that's fine for kegels. Don't know about the cooldown....I never do it...I go to sleep right after session xD
