A warm down should be performed pretty much the same as a warm up. Your penis doesn't have to be semi-erect for it.

You can spread your kegels out throughout the day, but you'll get more out of it doing it in one session.

I have done PE for 2 weeks and 2 days without any problem. I havn't seen any results yet so I applied more force in my jelqs yesterday and today I feel a painful feeling in my penis in some seconds then it stops and then comes back a bit later. How should I proceed? I have a rest day today. Could I do the exercises towmorrow without any problems? Or should I rest until the painful feeling has gone?

Never increase intensity to the point to where you feel pain! Intensity/reps should be increased slowly.

You should rest until the pain is completely gone and revamp the way you do your jelqs to avoid any injuries in the future.

I use a pump, have done for 25 years. When I started, I was average hard 6x5", now I hang soft 6x6" permanently and get to 8x8" (true beercan thickness ) after a good session.
I am not recommending it to you, just telling you my own experience.

Thats impressive. I believe to get gains in PE consistency is key...and boy..25 years, ur an inspiration dude. Personaaly I wanna get as thick as i can. Girth is hardest to achieve, been pumping for 3 years. Started at 6x5 very average, now im happy with 8x6 erect but want the girth of bout 7"inch. Im gonna start wet pumping soon and see if that works better than normal dry pump.
 
Hi again. I rest after I got injuried last time and have now restarted my PE routine. I have done it for two and a half week now but I feel some pain like the last time I did my routine. I still can do the exercises but if I apply a little bit to much force it hurts close to my glance and after my exercises are done. You should rest until you've healed completely. Once you're OK, you'll need to [carefully] test yourself to see what you're capable of intensity-wise. From there, feel free to post your routine and we'll make recommendations.

Most slight injuries clear up within a few days. If it takes more than a couple of weeks for you to heal, you may have injured yourself in a more serious manner and may want to seek medical attention.
 
Ok, it feels a little bit better already so I hope I am not injuried. But I still feel some kind of soreness on my right side of the penis. My penis is working fine I have no problems to get hard or so, if I have been injuried does it come with any disfunction of the penis?

If you're getting better then it's a good sign. Some injuries like ligament or tunica strains may not interfere with your erections. Nevertheless, you should abstain from PE and any rough sexual activities until you're fully healed.

I'd recommend full rest. You can do some hot wrapping or soaking, and perhaps a little light massage to speed healing.
 
Hi again. I still have some problems with my penis after I got hurt from jelqing. I am gonna met a urologist soon but have not got an appointment yet. But I thought it could be a good idea to hear what u think about my injury big al. Its kind of hard to explain and my english is not the best but I will give it a try. I feel some kind of light pain or sorness underneath right side of my penis kind of from the base up to the glans. Sometimes when I masterbate I feel a kind of streaming feeling on the right side that feels unpleasant. I also feel like I cant relax in my balls because if I do relax it feels like I am gonna feel more pain in my penis (this is when I dont masterbate). What do you think about my injury? It has been better since I got hurt but its going very slow.
