I have done PE for 2 weeks and 2 days without any problem. I havn't seen any results yet so I applied more force in my jelqs yesterday and today I feel a painful feeling in my penis in some seconds then it stops and then comes back a bit later. How should I proceed? I have a rest day today. Could I do the exercises towmorrow without any problems? Or should I rest until the painful feeling has gone?

Oh my god! Its really amazing! You gained 3" girth with pump, you have really big dick.I use a pump, have done for 25 years. When I started, I was average hard 6x5", now I hang soft 6x6" permanently and get to 8x8" (true beercan thickness ) after a good session.
I am not recommending it to you, just telling you my own experience.
Hi again. I rest after I got injuried last time and have now restarted my PE routine. I have done it for two and a half week now but I feel some pain like the last time I did my routine. I still can do the exercises but if I apply a little bit to much force it hurts close to my glance and after my exercises are done. Should I rest until the pain has gone again or could I proceed with a little less force? When I have measured I only have measured in erect condition. And I havnt seen any results after this two weeks this time either. But I understand that I have measured the wrong way now. Should I rest and restart my PE routine and do it the right way? Or could I continue on my routine? Please advise, dont know how i should proceed.

Ok, it feels a little bit better already so I hope I am not injuried. But I still feel some kind of soreness on my right side of the penis. My penis is working fine I have no problems to get hard or so, if I have been injuried does it come with any disfunction of the penis?
Ok, I will rest from the PEprogram but is it okay to do kegals and towel raises? Or should I just rest from all exercises?
