After being diagnosed a few months ago with breast cancer, Giuliana Rancic has decided to have a double mastectomy.

I know this decision couldn't have been an easy one, so I Wish her (and Bill) all the best.

In a world where sextape = celebrity status, one appreciates the real personalities and entertainment professionals out there.
