Here goes, drinking and driving = STUPID, I dont care what the excuse is, and if cops need to nail people for drunk in public, hell maybe people should get drunk at home, I dont really drink so I'm biast but I feel if you go out to have a good time it shouldn't have the possibility of leading to vehicular manslaughter
