So the other day I was stretching and I might have had too tight of a grip. Upon release, I noticed some red spots on my glans and just on the underside a deep red/purple spot about "O" big. Since then it has faded to red and gotten smaller.
I was wondering if it will go away or if there was anything I could do to make it go away faster.
Anyone else experience this injury?
