Are there any specific exercises I could do after jelqing to specifically target the glans?
Some people claim that dry jelqing is particularly good for glans expansion. For me, the glans does seem to visibly expand more with dry jelqs than wet jelqs. Ballooning also seems to give good expansion of the head.
There is also something that I believe goes by the name Ultimate Jelq which is a type of Uli in which you kegel as much blood as possible into the penis at a fairly high erection level, clamp and hold at the base with one hand, and with the other very slowly jelq (over about 15 sec) out to just below the glans and clamp there with the second hand for another 15 sec or so. This would be considered an advanced exercise and I wouldn't do it until after at least 6 months of PE.
