I was circumcised eight years ago, I noticed the glans is thicker and bigger now and with out the extra overhang holding it back.

I enlarged my glans using a jelq technique. You milk from the base up to just below the head, working blood into the glans. Hold the grip tightly with your index and thumb, then use your other hand to keep milking up to the head. Once you've expanded it as large as it can get, hold it for as long as possible, pushing more and more in when you can. It gets it nice and flared. You have to do this on regular intervals for an extended number of weeks
Today I did some pumping with a seal that is a bit tighter than what I normally use.
I only kept my glans in the cilinder and obtained a nice swelling and reddening of the head of my penis in 10 minutes.

I really do view it as exercise. Many muscles are involved in an erection, and muscles need their exercise or they atrophy. Look at what exercise will do
