Noticed my first couple grays at about 22. Now am 33 and although my hairline is not receding at all, the sides of my head are salt and pepper, with a few scattered grays on top. Doesn't really bother me. My wife still says I'm sexy as hell!

I started sprouting gray on the sides back as a teen, but it really started converting around 25. Now my beard is mostly gray and I'm seeing more up top at 35. Thankfully no gray body hair yet, first of that will really depress me.

I started at 23. Thought it was cool for some reason..Now at 37 I hate it. I'll be a white headed 50yr old at this rate..Sucks.

You?

If you wanna complain about sore joints or loss of endurance or whatever as you age, go for it.

But grey hair? Man up, dude.

And yes, it hasn't shown up on my arms & legs yet, but I've got it in the hair on my head and occasionally down south. 39 here.

I started getting white hair in my early thirties. In 2001, suffered a major back injury at work, after which a whole swath of my hair turned white. Now, at 42, most of my hair is salt & pepper, the beard too. Recently I noticed I've started getting the odd white hair down below.

By the time I'm fifty, most of my head and facial hair should be white thanks to my 1/2 Cree indian grandfather. I have otherwise aged very well, most people who guess my age are about ten years off on the younger side.

I think some white hair looks good on most men; distinguished and handsome.

39: greying at the temples and on beard.

It's just ageing, a natural process; far more worried about my teeth!

I started to notice a few grey hairs in my temples/dreads and beard at 37/38. At 39, had earned considerably more in the same areas, but was surprised to find the ones that popped up under my nuts and general pubic area. At forty, noticed grey in my chest hairs for the first time.

Loving the grey in my temples and find them sexy as hell, but not the ones in my beard/chest/pubic region.

Going grey is obviously apart of ageing, as everyone knows, but it shouldn't be looked upon in a negative way.

A suggestion to those who have negative self image feelings about going grey: Try looking at it as earning each and every one of them as paying dues for dealing with this crazy life and gaining wisdom in return. Be proud of and embrace your grey hairs! :)

I started going gray here at 33.. am 37 and most of my beard has gray and at the sides of my head. In a matter of genetics. . My maternal Great grandpa (one of them) went "white" at 20. It doesn't bother me that I am aging. It happens to us all. I embrace those things because its a reality of who I am an a Momento - Morir . . to make me value what time I have on earth.
