So I'm going to Italy pretty soon and I was wondering if I should take a break from pe while I'm there. I'll be gone for a month. I keep reading people saying that taking a break can be good for gains because something about collagen and healing, but I don't know if they mean short 1-2 day breaks or long breaks. I mean I could easily pe at night while I'm there, I'll be staying in my own room at the vacation home of a friend's parents (they're loaded). But, if it would be advantageous to take a break then I may as well not worry about it.
