Sure. I like the ones looking up from the crotch. The camera will make whatever is closest to the lens look bigger. So, if the guy's face is in the picture farther away, then the cock looks bigger than if the angle was looking downward with the face in the foreground and the cock in the distance. This is an old photo trick which was used before photographic enlargers, and then photoshop.

I would guess that the camera angle has less to do with the size his dick appears to be than the fact he has a hard-on that he has positioned downward to give the impression of a large flaccid penis. Of course this is based on my scientific assessment of all the relevant data.
