Good exercise to build the butt muscle?

    I'm a pretty slim guy, and I've been searching the net for some good exercises to work the gluteus (butt) muscles, so that i can fill out my jeans in the back a little more :redface:. Any suggestions?:cool:

    Incline leg presses.

    Leg curls.

    Squats, squats and more squats. I hate them, but the do the trick :rolleyes:

    P.S. Learn how to do them from a pro and have someone watch your form. If you get sloppy with squats and legs presses, the consequences can be really ugly. :eek:

    My problem, I got a flat ass. Too skinny to build muscle. Gotta try the squats.
