Getthis, Albolene moisturizer is the best I've found for jelquing.

Don't waste your money on anything expensive. Baby oil works just fine.
The hot towel is a good idea, but a heating pad works well also, and doesn't require constant reheating.

Vaseline or cocoa butter work real well and usually don't require reapplications.

I have found that baby oil gel works the best. It does not dry out like baby oil can. I have also used a combination of baby oil gel and baby oil and that will keep you well lubed to jelq.

Raw Shea butter works wonders and you don't have to wash it off after.

I generally do my jelqing in the shower. Just use some regular soap and its good and slippery.

You have to be careful with certain brands of soap that contain perfumes as long term exposure may irritate the sensitive skin of the penis. On that note never use any kind of hair conditioner for PE lube! You would not believe how common it is for men to try that, and the results are usually superficial burns to the penis which result in skin flaking for days afterwards.
