It depends what time I have to wake up. I always like to get eight hours sleep. In Honolulu I tend to get up at 7:00 am; so I'm usually reading or dozing off by 11:00 PM.

Between ten and eleven. Last night I got to sleep around midnight but was up before 6:30. I like to sleep more than that, but it bees that way sometimes.

Between 10-11pm normally, and I get up around 5am most mornings, sometimes I sleep 'till 6am, but that is rare.

If I'm not suffering a bout of insomnia then I normally go to bed around 1.30 am, and read till 2 or 3, then get up at 9 or 10. When I'm in a bout of insomnia I tend to be up all night, and fall asleep after sunrise.
