Hello, Hello lpsg-ers.
Thank you all very much for the support and encouragement during this shitty time.
It is a huge relief to be able to see and know that the surgery is done.
Follow up surgeries may be required, but for now this one has to heal.
The right side of my face is swollen up like a football. Not attractive. And no telling how the re-build of my face will turn out looking for a few weeks when all the swelling has gone down.
I have four titanium plates holding the one side of my face together now.
So all i can do now is take heavy duty pain meds. and rest.
I met some fantastic people while in hospital and all in all it was as good of an experience as such a thing can be.
Thank again everyone. Hope to be back in the loop soon. Cheers.
