Ok this is a silly question I am sure, but...
Has anyone else had this? Depending on the amount of foreplay/teasing I go from my full 8 to about 6.5 and lose girth. Still fully erect but with a noticeable size difference.

I imagine there is nothing wrong...
but normally it goes the other way around... you start SMALL and go BIG due to forelay|teasing...
