Uncut English. Problem when I was a teen and it was growing - tight on the head, even when limp. Too embarrassed to go to doctor so just carefully pulled it back when erect - eventually got easier, but still quite tight even today. Not enough foreskin and too big a head!

You should talk to your doctor. There are topical steroidal creams that will loosen your foreskin. If that doesn't appeal, stuff some foam rubber or something similar in it during the day, it'll start to stretch and actually grow. Just don't get it cut, cut dicks are gross, all that scar tissue, yuck.

Uncut...uh, Anglo-Saxon? I don't really know my heritage that well except that I'm half-Italian and have some German in me. My foreskin covers about half my head when soft. It was a little tight growing up, but it's gotten better over time.
