got rugburn need some cream or lotion?

    Had some rough sex and got wicked rug burn, anyone know of a good cream or lotion?

    aloe vera. start with that. also antibiotic ointment has anelgesics in it so that will stop the pain and stop any kind of nasty rash. but, stay away from 'ointment's' because they lock in the heat of the rash. think sunburn. so zinc products sun screen they help burns heal very quickly. remember no vasoline or cocoa butter. soak in the tub with some kind of soapy dishwashing liquid then use a very very very soft loofah thingy to get any dead skin off. cover it if you can when you go out to avoid any kind of germs gettting to it. all of that will help with scarring. i hope this helps. its a burn. so you treat it like a burn, sun, oven, wind etc burn.

    it happens to me at least once a year ha ha. i don't do anything for it. just let it go away. sometimes it'll lightly scab over. The more action is sees the longer it takes to heal. Typically gets more painful too if you don't let it heal up quicker.

    Noxema... rug burn, sunburn... it'll take the fire out of it
