With all that about organ donation, I have been wondering if a man with a circumcised penis could get another man's foreskin grafted onto his? Perhaps from a live donor or from a dying man's penis?

With your luck, PC-WOW, you'd get a rapist's foreskin and they'd make a movie about your sudden sex perversion.

If I were you, I'd stick to just grafting your plantings...if you really want your foreskin back, do a search on foreskin restoration here and on google. I think you'll have a better chance of success....

Pecker,
Your comment on this TAG I posted is quite inspiring... It could spark anyone's mind to write a story about this subject which could perhaps become the script for an X-rated or an R-rated movie out of the ordinary or usual subjects! Don't you think so?

davidjh7,
I have seen some samples about guys helping themselves on foreskin restoration, and it seems tedious, I believe painful, and prolonged. I am uncut: luckily I don't have to go through that. I think "grafting" another guy's available foreskin could be a faster means of re-aquiring that skin, of course after checking such matters as organ compatibility, etc. After all, why not? Already many operations are actually performed successfully joining penis-shafts that have been cut off by their angry wives (like the Bobbit case) and who knows what else is being done that is kept from public knowledge, perhaps out of prudery or morality concerns! The severed foreskins from circumcisions are sometimes put to good use by processing them as "skins" to use by "grafting" it on patients that have suffered skin burns on fire accidents and so on... So why not "graft" it directly on another receiving penis?

It would be similar to any other tissue transplant and thus tissue rejection has to be dealt with. I'm presently doing a foreskin restoration but I wouldn't consider a foreskin transplant. It wouldn't be worth taking Cyclosporine for life.

Remember, possible and practical are often two different things----rejection issues are key, as mentioned. Plus, microsurgical techniques are involved, and while great advances have been made, it is still a very tricky---and very costly---procedure. Third, there is the issue of nerves---nerves in general rarely regenerate--once they are gone, they are usually gone---and reattaching even healthy working nerves has an increadibly high failure rate. I agree it is an interesting idea, even as the basis for a horror/porn story, but while it MAY be POSSIBLE, the costs, chance of sucess, and ongoing rejection issues make it hugely IMPRACTICAL. It would also involve pain, and likely a fairly long recovery period. Plus, you risk losing the functioning penis you already have. Foreskin restoration is a long, slow process, but those who truly want it back, are willing to put in the time and effort necessary. Like any body part or function, there is very very rarely any quick fix solution. I'm not trying to put down your thoughts---just pointing out the aspects that seem to be impractical to me.

I hate to tell you this, but sexploitation director Doris Wishman already shot that movie 36 years ago
