My hair started thining on top many years ago so I started shaving it. On vacation last year, I let it grow out for a couple of weeks. DAMN. It's gotten gray. When did that happen? My beard is getting gray, too and I'm noticing it on my chest most recently.

How much longer do I have before I need to worry abou tmy pubic hair turning on me?

You may have a few years, EB Dude. I have a fews strands, but it is really obvious. Nothing to freak out over, though.

If you do not like the looks of your grey hair, the easiest thing to do is to buzz cut it very short or shave it off completely.

My first greys started appearing at the age of 16. I never really bothered. I wore my hair differently over the years and grown a habbit of making it pop up at people. Finally I've decided to let it grow again - that's how I love it. I'm 31 now and although my grey hair is something you cannot miss when looking at me, I'm getting told I'd look about six years younger... In my late teens it was more of the other way round.
My brother's grown a habbit of cutting it really short, so it isn't that obvious (he's ten years older). And I've never witnessed an other colour on my dad than grey (nowadays its a clean white). So it's a family thing. But I don't mind it. On the contrary: I quite like it.

Dyed hair on men, for some reason, always stands out like a sore thumb.

Don't do it. Gray hair is hot.

Especially don't do it because imagine 20 years down the road. You're aging along nicely (one of the advantages of being male), but your hair is starting to look . . . like it belongs to someone else. There's no graceful way out of it. You can't start slowly, naturally going gray in that circumstance. And then at some point, you're a senior citizen with vividly dark hair. And then, regardless of your sexual orientation, you look like a foolish old poof.

Don't start yourself down that bumpy road.
