awellhungboi: clean up is a snap! just a soapy sponge--it's all teflon surface, no stick, no mess.

Wow, I sound like an infomercial. I like mine--but silly me I actually forget I have it. I should use it more often . . . used it more when I ate meat . . . although I still have fish every now and again. So, yeah, I would say get one!
