Exactly that experience.
Fortunately my locker room dick was better than my normal flaccid one. When I would see guys in the locker room I would think I was smaller from my own view of mine at home alone. But by the time I wore a jock for an hour or so and worked our or practiced the blood flow was adequate to put me in the top few of the soft dicks in the showers.
But with an erection I was always in the top fourth or better.
