I was wondering since I am interested in starting a PE regimen I am curious if there is anything I can do to increase my flaccid size?

I remain a grower but my flaccid length has increased, so the more you gain the lower it will hang.

I agree. growing from the small to the abnormally large state in a matter of a few seconds can be stunning. "I had no idea, you are huge," is something I have heard a few times from a few ladies.
