Mine stopped growing when I was 17. First time I measured I was 11 years old, it was 4 inches long. At 17 it reached 5.5 inches, and didn't grow any more after that.

My cock continued to grow into my twenties. Kind of surprising at the time, but I guess my body also somewhat matured in the same time. No pics of the transition, but my gallery contains the end result.
