If its size increases between your taking measurements of it, it's still growing.
If the measurements you record do not increase, it's stopped growing.

No, there's no correlation whatsoever.

I've only been around for a month, but those typos, the syntax... hmmm...

My penis stopped growing quite alter than my first ejaculation, since i had it at 13, and i kept on growing until 17, maybe with a late growth spurt.

Well, my penis has continued to grow also after my first ejaculation (i was about 11 or 12 years old) but now has stopped... the development is finished, being 22 years old.
