    So, is this possible?

I've been eating like a mad man and even after a huge meal I'll be starving in an hour or two. I don't know if this is related to working out more or maybe just I'm growing still, but it's like it came out of nowhere.

Yea I really didn't notice much of a growth when I was younger, as I already had a pretty deep voice at like 14-15 and haven't grown much except for my dick. Only noticeable growth anyways.

Hopefully the increased hunger is either a growth spurt or increased metabolism.

Well, my growth spurt hit when I was around 19. Thought I was going to be 5'6" all my life, but around 19 or 20 I shot up another 3". Man was I happy! But then I realized, hell, I'm still 5'9. Crap.

I've learned to live with it. Heels work wonders.

I doubt its hyperthyroidism since I've been gaining weight since I hit the gym

You might want to get checked for Type 1 diabetes. I know it sounds strange but a 20 year old female friend was just diagnosed. Very unlikely, but apperantly possible.

Nope, I mean I've been eating breakfast regularly which I used to never do, eating a lot healthier and a lot more and at the same time hitting the gym 3-5 times a week.

Haha I'm hoping it's a good kind of "want more food now"! I don't want a belly, but maybe the exercise will balance it all?

Or maybe it's simply you've been more active and working out?

    Duh.

It's not hypothyroidism/cancer/whatever other people are throwing out there. It's called "your metabolism speeds up when you are more active."

I was eating 6000 calories for a while there because I was so active that I needed that much to sustain my weight.

Yea, der, lol I have the tendency to look more into things than need be.

It's just strange cause I never noticed it before and now it's like every hour I'm stuffing my face

I'm sure that working out has a big deal to do with it but a growth spurt is always possible. I could always tell when i was going to grow becuase my joints would hurt which gave an indication but I did grow and inch between 20 and 21.

Well I know where you're coming from. I didn't grow or go thru puberty till I was 22. It happens. I'm still growing. In the past few yrs I've went up two shoe sizes...packed on 85ish lbs...got furry. Dr. says that I'll probably be growing into my mid 40's. I'm a FREAK! lol :) *bright side* I look LOTS younger than people my age that I went to school with and such. :)
