ive been doing kegels for about a week now and doing towel reps, rapid squeeze release and holds throughout the day. i also do calisthenics using this method called greasing the groove where you find something you can do a max of say 10 times, then you do half of that amount. you do many sets throughout the day, never going to failure and feeling fresh after your reps. its a technique used for building max strength gains that seems to work really well. i was wondering if anyone has applied this to kegels and if they have, what kind of results have they had. thanks for reading!
