ive been doing kegels for about a week now and doing towel reps, rapid squeeze release and holds throughout the day.

i also do calisthenics using this method called greasing the groove where you find something you can do a max of say 10 times, then you do half of that amount. you do many sets throughout the day, never going to failure and feeling fresh after your reps. its a technique used for building max strength gains that seems to work really well.

i was wondering if anyone has applied this to kegels and if they have, what kind of results have they had.

thanks for reading!

I've been doing kegels and contractions on and off for about a decade now, and I will say that it has given me incredible control over my penis. When it is rock hard, I am able to bounce it up and down. I can also balance objects like my mouse on it, and lift it. These are things I doubt I would be able to do if I hadn't learned about and participated in kegels for so long now.

I have a question. Can you ever over-train the pc muscle? Can one simple squeeze and release throughout the day and get results from that, or should one strictly do routines with set reps and guidelines?

You can definitely overtrain the PC muscles. You can squeeze throughout the day (take it easy at first) but you should still keep track of what you're doing so that you don't overtrain and so that you can track your progress.
