Mannequin! oh, man, do i love that that crappy movie! I still get chills hearing 'Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now'.

EDIT: I would definitely have to add The Fifth Element, Showgirls and The Wedding Planner.

But i don't agree with Galaxy Quest being a bad movie. Not at all!

OMG! I remember Mannequin! I loved it!

I don't know if Galaxy Quest is good or bad, I just know that I love love love it and no one else I know does!

'Waterworld', 'Dude Where's My Car?' and 'The Fifth Element' also come to mind... 'Howard the Duck' and 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' fit this mold when I was a kid...

Whoa... "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" was a well filmed movie, and had a very good moral to it. The scene where Splinter lectures Raphael on anger is an amazing scene, one of my favorites in all of film. How DARE you call this movie bad :frown1:

My answer to the original question - Purple Rain. Now, you want bad acting...

Man, I just saw it the other day... My roommate's 10yr old nephew thought it sucked too, and didn't even finish it.

It's just so cheesy... It's a total B movie imho.

When you have some time to spare take a look at It Came From Hollywood, a 1982 compilation of the worst movies ever produced. Hosted by actors Dan Aykroyd, the late John Candy and others, this film is fun to watch.

I noticed there is particular attention to Sci Fi and the 1950's classics like I Married a Monster From Outer Space. This was the world before computer graphics and 100+ decibel sensurround explosions.

Here is the movie on YouTube starting with part one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3b66jrkE60

Terminator - no comment needed
Pet Semitary - ok, since I worked on it, so I'm biased
Duce Bigalow - hilariously stupid Rob Schneider is perfectly cast, well he wrote it
Even Cow Girls Get the Blues - Anything with Uma Thurman is hot, save Kill Bill
5th Element - what's not to like, Mila, Bruce, and Chris Tucker is a scream as Ruby Rod

^haha... and???

I loved it and pissed my boyfriend off by singing loudly and dancing around while he was trying to sleep :biggrin1: He made me go in the living room. It's like the stupidest movie ever and I was sucked in because they were dancing around. Normally I keep him up because I'm watching a horror flick and screaming. I think screaming is preferred to shaking the bed and singing...

I stick around for Big Trouble in Little China, but I'll flip back and forth to House Party 3 'til Angina Williams climbs outta that cake. I like a big loose booty :biggrin1:

Add to these "They Live" from John Carpenter and that's about it... the whole list.

Not sure if this about movies that are just stupid that you like or whatever, but I totally enjoy B movie horror films.

Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter
Cannibal the Musical(or anything by Troma)
I never thought Any of Gerge Romero's movies were bad, but a lot of ppl do(Night of the living dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Land of the Dead, Diary of the Dead, Survival of the Dead. And even some of his movie that weren't about zombies: Bruiser, Martin, Seasons of the Witch, Monkey Shines, Creepshow, Dark Half, To Evil Eyes, Knight Riders, The Crazies and There's Always Vanilla.)

Aside from that I'd say just about any more Bruce Campbell is in... Plus he's FINE!
