Yesterday I purchased the 2009 edition of the Guinness World Records book, and to my surprise there was an entry for penis enlargement!

From page 73:

LONGEST PENIS EXTENSION

A patient of Dr. Ballard Olle Fischer Santos (Brazil) has had his penis enhanced by 6.29 in (16 cm) through surgery and physiotherapy. The first treatment was administered on February 20, 1995, and the patient's full distention of 10.62 in (27 cm) was achieved by March 28, 2000.

I did some research and found that extensive use was made of a "PLD" (Penis Lengthening Device) to help him achieve this tremendous feat!

There were some complications with part of the surgery (asymmetry and fat cysts from the "girth" portion of the procedure). The patient also supplemented his regimen with HCG.

I really liked this quote from the source:

"The importance of this record is not only associated to this patient's amazing penis enlargement, which was even beyond the medical opinion that considered the treatment successful when the penis reached 16 cm in length, but also to attest that a penis can be really enlarged, with no risk to its functions, in spite of many doctors' insistence that penis enlargement is impossible."

Brazilians are less restrained by ideology and religion on what to do with their bodies... and they have taken it to the plastic surgery field. Many plastic surgery innovations have been developed by them, precisely because they are open minded.

I think there is more than religion restraining me from completely modifying my body from its original genetic code.

:beerchug: I'll raise a Guiness to that!

Amazing just a few posts into this thread the "doesn't work" and "don't do it" folks are commenting.

Well Big Al - They laughed at Columbus, imprisoned Galileo and ridiculed Pasteur.

Has anyone read closely
A 4 & 1/3 inch penis - Increased by 6 & 1/3 inches in 5 years!
More than 1 inch a year.
How unfortunate that surgery had to be involved but no way can any surgeon take a 4 & 1/3 incher and make a 10 & 2/3 inch penis even with 5 years.
The only logical conclusion is the the stretching device was mainly responsible for the achievement.

Will this be enough of a revelation to stimulate those who complain about the size of their penis to actually do something to make it bigger?
Of course not!
The only thing that one can say with 100% certainty about penis enlargement is that the experts who claim it does not work and are sure it doesn't work and that you will injury yourself, have not tried it and will continue to ignore any evidence that contradicts their belief.

So Big Al - where is this person now?
This was recorded in 2000.
At that rate he might be sporting 20 inches by now.

(But even with 20 inches - it doesn't really work)

Enlarging your penis will not affect your original genetic code in any way  PE can help you to maximize your genetic potential.

The surgery was (IMO) a minimal part of his process and just helped to speed things up. Without the traction afterwards, a lig snipping surgery can leave your penis scarred and the ligaments can reattach themselves in the wrong place (leaving you with an even shorter penis!) Also note that the patient had to go back and correct some problems with the initial procedure.

In my experience, a commitment level like this gentleman's is extremely rare, but his results prove that penis enlargement at its most extreme is indeed possible if you're willing to put in the work.

I don't know the whereabouts of the patient, but I'd to think that after all of that work and time put in to creating the penis of his dreams, he's off somewhere enjoying the fruits of his labor :biggrin1:

As far as people still denying that PE works- there are also still people that believe the world is flat. Some choose to disbelieve PE because it somehow offends their sensibilities or they're just too used to hearing otherwise, while others consider it "too much work" or "too risky" to be worthwhile. The first situation is based more on ignorance, while the second smacks of "sour grapes". Both conditions can be relieved by just a little bit of reading on the subject, and there's more than enough data and links available on this site alone get the job done.

Is that what they are calling it these days?

Is there a record in the Guinness Book of World Records for the man with the biggest penis? I've never seen one there but they have records for every other part of the body.

Man, you are so conservative. Has there ever been an unusual idea that you've liked?

I agree MisterMark if the process worked and the guy achieved what he wanted out of it why attempt to discredit or mock the process. Clearly its not a outrageous false claim the Guiness world record book doesnt just put anything in there.

Does anybody else suspect that we're talking about a 4⅓" flaccid penis increasing to 10+" hard?

I'm skeptical about this report, which is supposedly 9 years old.
