Untill there are strict rules applied to the purchasing of guns, till there are strict laws dealing with correct gun training then the USA will come a murder patch.

Paddock - the Las Vegas shooter - was retired and purchased the home in a retirement community in Mesquite in 2015. in with him in . Paddock was not on any domestic terrorist lists. A criminal records search revealed that he had a citation several years ago but other than that he was unknown to most police departments.

Paddock’s brother Eric told reporters that Paddock had no political affiliations. He was not involved with any terror groups. He said “He must’ve just snapped”. At this point in the investigation Paddock’s brother’s explanation is as good as any of the other ones out there because at this point, no one knows what caused Paddock to bring 10 semi-automatic rifles into a hotel room and begin shooting at a crowd across the street.

There is no such thing as a silencer. I think you mean a suppressor. They do not silence a rifle. Again you show your ignorance.

The “worst case” would be having to bore out the inside of the barrel, then thread the inside of the widened barrel, then fit a custom suppressor that threaded to the inside of the barrel, and extended the barrel to the original length (or more) and incorporated suppressor features.

Odd shaped barrels, or odd materials may be harder to modify to accept a suppressor, but with enough effort, almost any firearm could be fitted with one. Even if you had to replace the stock barrel with a modified one to make it work.

First of all Industriallies, a suppressor does not silence a firearm. It is still very loud even fitted with a suppressor. Second, suppressors are already perfectly legal, it is just that one must pay a $200 tax and wait for the ATF to process paperwork. Why would the shooter in this instance, bother with a suppressor? He wouldn't.

Several news outlets have reported that ISIS has claimed the shooter to be a Muslim soldier, a recent convert to Islam. I am not sure how they prove that, I am sure they don't hand out membership cards.
