I'm not sure which forum this best belongs in, so I'll post it here as an "appearance issue."

Unless you've been living under a rock you've probably come across some "she-male" or "chicks with dicks" porn at some point. I don't pay much attention to it, but as far as I can tell, most "she-males" are male-to-female transexuals who haven't fully transitioned (i.e., they have not had a vaginoplasty). Or, in some cases, they appear to be women who are wearing a prosthetic penis.

I've also seen "Buck Angel" who is a "man with a pussy" (a female to male transexual).

I recently stumbled across the attached pic. I don't know what to make of it. I assume that the pic is faked, and I feel rather naive/gullible for even considering the possibility that it might not be, but I to get some other opinions. It doesn't seem likely that this person is transexual. Might this be an authentic pic of an actual intersexed individual?

If anyone knows anything about this person or if there are more pics like this, I'd be appreciative of any information. Thanks.

I've never even considered that possibility so I really can't help ya out as to whether or not that particular pic is real. Mother nature is a maaaaad scientist. Did you see the recent article on msn.com about the girl born with 4 extra limbs??? While I highly doubt the Buck Angel anomaly is real, I can't dismiss the possibility altogether. I haven't seen or heard of any similar individuals but until yesterday, I had never heard of someone being born with 4 extra limbs! I'd say approach this with an open mind cuz when it comes to biology, the possibilities are rather endless.

Look at that pic again and look where the labia is.

The guy has a penis, and testicles, and basically has no perineum.

Gently grab behind the underside/ under-base of your balls for a second. There be cock down there.

Your penis doesn't just stop at your balls. It extends all the way down your perineum, where it moves inwards towards the bladder. For some intense orgasms, next time you're hard, have your partner gently run their thumb and index finger along your penile shaft in your perineum.

Looks photoshopped to me, almost akin to some of those futanari pics where people paste penis onto the women.

It's amazing what you can do with photoshop now-a-days.

I have to agree, the pic looks photoshopped. As a kid I knew someone who was intersexed and it looked nothing like that. Her clit was probably 3inches long with hood or foreskin at the end and partialy devolped labia no scrotum or testicles and at least a normal vaginal depth say 4 inches. We played the I'll show you mine if you show me yours game at about 11 years old.I later found out she had non functional ovaries inthe sense of no eggs, and an under developed uterus.I say she because she apeared female in the face and body, even had breasts with small boyish nipples. We played a bit with mutual masturbation and she could orgasm very easy just no ejaculate.Thankfully her parents had decided against sex reasignment at birth as that could have destroyed any ability to enjoy sex. They moved when I was 14 and we lost contact.I realy hope things have turned out well for her.

cyberczar and Ed69 are right. That's a fake. It's my understanding that intersexed people have a mix of secondary sex characteristics, not two-in-one. Also, there would have to be some interesting bone structure (let alone cyberczar's point about penile structure extending into the perineum) to accomodate both a penis and a vagina in that one spot.

And OP, just for the record, many trans people "fully" transition without getting vaginoplasty or phalloplasty. Actually, it's my understanding that most trans men never get phalloplasty. Many believe that the medical technology isn't really there yet.

Well, the general consensus seems clear: the pic is fake. Thanks to everyone for not mocking me for considering the possibility that it might not be. HugoB, I appreciate your open-mindedness.

Good point. The positioning of this guy's vagina where the perineum ought to be is actually what made the pic somewhat plausible to me. I was remembering what I learned from a class I took in college on sex and gender--that prior to 8 weeks or so, human fetuses are sexually undifferentiated. At about 8 weeks, if androgens (male hormones) are produced, the gonads develop into testes, the labioscrotal folds develop into a scrotum, and the genital tubercle develops into a penis. If male hormones are not produced, the gonads develop into ovaries, the labioscrotal folds develop into the labia majora, and the genital tubercle develops into a clitoris. (There are several other homologues in the human reproductive system.) [No, I didn't remember all this terminology, I had to look it all up.]

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d6/Gray1119.png

Now because nature loves diversity, some individuals develop atypically. Some gentically male fetuses are insensitive to androgens and develop as female. Some genetically female fetuses are exposed to androgens and develop as male. Intersexed individuals may develop some characteristics of both sexes; the intersexed individual Ed69 described was probably a genetic female who was exposed to a larger-than-typical amount androgens while in utero, resulting in her development of a large, penis-like clitoris. Conversely, some babies who are genetically male may be misidentified as female because the penis is so small it appears to be a clitoris, and the scrotum may be malformed so that it's divided in the middle and looks like labias.

Ugh, I sound like I'm lecturing. My point is that I was thinking about the stuff I said above and, knowing that, I thought it might be possible, given the right combination of genes and prenatal hormones, to develop in this way, with a sort of combo labia-scrotum and a vagina where the perineum ought to be.

But as cyberczar and erratic point out, that's impossible, because the perineum is occupied by the internal portion of the penis. There is no room for a vagina. I should have thought of that.

And OP, just for the record, many trans people "fully" transition without getting vaginoplasty or phalloplasty. Actually, it's my understanding that most trans men never get phalloplasty. Many believe that the medical technology isn't really there yet.

Yes, you're right. I dated a transman for a short time, so I should have known better. That was a poor choice of words on my part.

Do a Google image search for phalloplasty and you'll see why: they're ugly to look at and only function as urinary devices. They don't go up or down, just stay there looking nasty.

OK, I found some vids similar to my original post. What's going on here?

Hermaphrodite like LADY GAGA. Best hermaphrodite video collection.

Those are a variety of pix from a variety of sources. Most look like dildos attached somehow where a woman would ordinarily have pubic hair.
